So we finally got a chance to go camping for the first time this year. We went to our favorite spot just above Kelly Canyon Ski Resort (it's mostly our favorite because it's free!). But the strangest thing occurred. You know you're in Idaho when...you go camping and cows keep wandering into your campsite all night long. Who the heck lets their cows roam in the mountains?! Needless to say we only slept off and on, but BJ had a blast being able to run all over the place. We all were filthy, but that's part of the fun!

Going for a hike...don't forget your gun. I didn't last very long on this hike, but BJ and Brian had fun. Being almost 7 months pregnant isn't the most exciting time to go camping, but I did remarkably well...except for the hike part. I just couldn't make it all the way...got too hot too fast!

How fun, I miss the good old Idaho camping.
camping is a summer fav for the Wests-typically 2 times a summer is all I need! I am so glad you got to go on such a good day!
